2 Account Registration and Use
2.1 Eligibility to Register
To open an account on hoy baji, you must meet the following requirements:

- Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- You may not operate an account on behalf of another person.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
hoy baji may request documents for identity verification at any time. Until this process is completed, withdrawals or other services may be temporarily suspended. You may be required to submit a national identity card, passport, or other acceptable government-issued document for verification.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Account Suspension
hoy baji may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:
- Providing false information or concealing identity.
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of bonuses.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to interfere with another user's account.
- Breaching any provision of these terms and conditions.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
hoy baji currently accepts deposits through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, transfers are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. It is recommended that withdrawals be made using the same method as the deposit. Wagering requirements associated with any bonus must be met before withdrawing funds received from that bonus.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your balance will be ৳2,500; before withdrawing the bonus funds, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
4.2 General Rules for Weekly and Other Bonuses
Each promotion has specific wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria. A bonus is in no case equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly — not before the specified wagering has been completed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed on the same deposit.
- If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the account may be cancelled.
- Bonus balance and real money balance are tracked separately.
- hoy baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
4.3 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be used in bets a specified number of times before any winnings become withdrawable. A different multiplier applies to each bonus and is clearly stated in the relevant promotion details.
5 Gameplay and Betting Rules
5.1 General Rules for Game Use
All games offered on hoy baji are developed by third-party game studios and operate according to their own rules. In the event of a technical issue during a gaming session — such as a disconnection — the result recorded on the server will be considered final.
5.2 Betting Limits
hoy baji may set maximum and minimum bet limits on various games and markets. Odds in sports betting markets may change — the odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted are final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on hoy baji:
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Attempting to gain artificial wins by exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

10.2 Severability

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the specific terms of each promotion together constitute the entire agreement between hoy baji and the user. No oral or other representations outside of these documents are binding.
